This last week I started my first two Spravato treatments for depression. Spravato is esketamine, a disassociative hallucinogen and an anesthetic, depending on dosage and route.
What is it like, to me? When my eyes are closed I feel like I'm in a large sphere where nothing exists. The bass in my music is much more noticeable.
I am feeling more positive, and that makes the after effects. Coming down, I feel seasick. Headache, bad nausea. Fortunately I have prescriptions for both of those things and will knock out
