As summer comes to an end, we'd like to share the incredible achievements of our sister Abigail Workman.
This summer she was a camp counselor for FSC's Band Camp. She was also given the opportunity to work alongside with Ixi Chen second clarinetist of Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra and Mark Nuccio principal of NY Philharmonic at the Academy which took place July 10-17.

We are crushing over our newly elected Province President Katrina N. Phillips!
On this past Thursday, she met with the National Board at the Wyndham near Disney Springs, as well as meet some fellow alumni who live in the area. That evening, we founded the Delta Omicron Florida Alumni Club!

Brenna is from Maine and is a Music Education major with a minor in Psychology. She is our Historian, a member of NAfME, and Vice President of Allies. Megan Yingst Attends Washington Summit Megan Yingst was one of two music education students in Florida to win a Florida Music Education Association scholarship to attend a Collegiate Advocacy Summit in Washington, D.C., in June.

Yesterday our sister Megan Yingst advocated for music education on Capitol Hill, alongside Courtney Vance a member of the ΑΨ chapter. The proposal was brought to our state's congressmen/representatives to see what actions can be taken for music programs.
