What an AWESOME day of testing at K-South Martial Arts Academy!

Our Green Belts and higher stepped onto the mats and showed just how much work, dedication, and training went into reaching their next level. 💪

From forms and one-step sparring to sparring, board breaks, and even brick breaks, our students were challenged to put their skills, focus, power, and perseverance to the test—and they delivered! 👊💥

A new belt is more than a different color around your waist. It represents the hours spent training, the mistakes you learned from, the times you kept going when you were tired, and the determination it took to reach that next goal.

We couldn’t be prouder of everyone who tested and EARNED their new belts today! 🥋👏

Take a moment to celebrate this accomplishment—you worked for it! Then get ready, because a new belt means a new chapter and new challenges ahead. 🔥

Week 3 Effort Challenge: Martial Arts & Activities 🥋💪

This week we’re bringing our focus back to the mat!

Students are challenged to choose one skill or drill and put a little extra effort into improving it.

Maybe it’s:
• A form
• A kick
• A combination
• Stances or chambers
• BJJ techniques
• Sparring skills
• Or simply staying focused throughout class

You don’t have to be the best in the room.

You just have to work toward being a little better than you were yesterday.
