I’m helping a wonderful family in the Wesley Chapel/Tampa area find a
Nanny / Household Manager

They have two sweet kids (ages 3 & 6) and are looking for someone reliable, organized, and genuinely great with children to become part of their day-to-day rhythm.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 12–7 (40 hours guaranteed)
Pay: $20–$22/hr + PTO + paid holidays

This is a mix of helping around the house during the day (meal prep, light organizing, groceries, etc.) and then afternoon childcare—school pickups, activities, playtime, dinner, and evening routines.

They’d love someone who is proactive, dependable, and brings a calm, positive energy into the home. Someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly and building a real connection with the kids.

A warm, welcoming family new to Lakeland, Florida, is seeking a reliable, engaging, and
experienced part-time nanny to join their household beginning November 10, with a shadowing
period in the beginning to ensure a smooth transition.

The family has two children—an energetic
1.5-year-old and a curious 8-year-old—and they are hoping to find someone who will become a
trusted and long-term part of their home life.

The position offers a guaranteed 20 hours per week at $22 per hour, with a schedule of two
days per week (Wednesday required) and one weekend per month to support the father’s on-
call medical schedule.
