⏰ Testing Times:
⚪ White Belts (Ages 8+) — 2:00 PM
🟡 Yellow-White, Yellow & Yellow-Black Belts — 3:15 PM
🟢 Green-White, Green & Green-Black Belts — 4:30 PM
🔵 Blue-White Belts & Up — 5:45 PM

📣 Remember: Your testing time is based on the belt you are currently wearing, NOT the belt you are testing for.

Week 2 Effort Challenge: Helping at Home 🏡💪

Effort isn’t only something we show at school or in martial arts. We can show it at home too!

This week’s challenge is to choose one household chore and complete it with your full effort.

Maybe:
• Wash or put away dishes 🍽️
• Sweep the floor 🧹
• Fold laundry 👕
• Clean your room 🛏️
• Help with another household job

Don’t rush through it just to say it’s done. Take your time and do a job you can be proud of.

You might even notice how much better it feels when you give something your all! 🌟
