What a great year for fire cross country 👟❤️‍🔥

This year we ran many miles which lead us to PRs being crushed! From our early morning practices to meet days this season has built friendships, fast times, and overall growth 🏁✔️

SEASON HIGHLIGHTS ⭐️
- PRs ranging up to three minutes!
- 6 Women All-Conference honors with two of our women making it to nationals (Izzy Colebank: 22:44.2 placing 3rd overall, Joslyn Armstrong: 23:15.3 placing 6th overall)
- 3 Men All-Conference honors with one of our Men making it to nationals (Jack Brooks: 25:18.3 placing 3rd overall)

We would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who has supported us this year! We are still training hard and are excited to see what this year has in store for us! ❤️‍🔥
