Hello Everyone,
RISE UP Sexual Violence Prevention is actively seeking committee members and volunteers!
Who are we?
Cameron Perpall and I are student coordinators of RISE UP, an executive board committee that aims to empower and engage all members of Florida Poly by educating the student body about sexual violence prevention and awareness.
Why join RISE UP?
Being a member of RISE UP takes commitment and dedication but there are a ton of benefits to being a member. Active members of RISE UP will gain volunteer and extracurricular experience, experience in group leadership, meaningful connections and positive relationships with staff and faculty (including letters of recommendation), a symbolic cord at graduation, the opportunity to be involved in a meaningful, self rewarding program at Poly, public speaking experience, and more!
Depending on when you are available, you can participate in a Summer Q&A information session to learn more about events weโre planning and our expectations. Fill out the quick survey below by July 1st to tell us when you are available from July 9th to 13th.
