Good morning  from our family at Kids Town Preschool.

We wanted to reach out and thank you for following us on Facebook for the last several years.

This message is two-fold.

First, we want to announce that on April 1 we celebrated our 33rd year in business. We could not have completed this long journey without our previous staff, current staff, and all of the parents from our community.

The second part of this message is to let you know that this page was set up and developed by a previous employee of our school, and therefore the administrative permissions are not available to us or retrievable.

This means that the current admin have little to no access to any changes in this page.

We don’t want to lose our connection with any of our followers and therefore we want to let you know that our newest page will be started in the next few days.

Our new page is where you will get updates on what all is going on at our preschool.

As some of you know, we are contracted with the Polk County School Board and have before and after school Kidcare programs in Davenport.

Hello Friends!

Here is some inspiration for you…

The teacher had a box with a lid.
She placed a mirror at the bottom of the box.

She told the children in her class that she had placed a picture of her favorite student in the box.

One at a time each one of the children went to the box and looked inside.

What do you think they thought? How did that make them feel? As a group, what did they think about their teacher?

*Excellent idea for team building, confidence, appreciation, self awareness, value etc.

Happy Veterans Day to any and all that have served in our armed forces and all wives, husbands, and children that have also stood along side of our militaries finest.

Join us and post a picture of yourself, your friends, or family members that served any length of time in our armed forces family.

If you don’t have a picture, add a name and or a comment about someone you know that has served in one or more of the branches of our military. If you know their dates of service, share that with us. Maybe there is a connection to be made through this post.

WELCOME!👋

Come join your families with ours.

We are starting at age 1 to prepare our children for their formal years of education!

Time passes quickly and children ages 1-4 need the life skills, including self help and social skills, to become successful and productive in this world.

Let’s start as soon as possible and make this a joint effort.

This school was built on strong values, faith, and some old fashioned teaching and learning styles.

There are only a few full time spaces left in our classrooms. Invite your friends and families to tour our school and meet our teachers.
