Day 2 of our Winter Break Cooking Camp was a delicious success!

Our young chefs were busy from start to finish, mastering everything from fresh appetizers to family-style dinners.

On Today’s Menu:
Hummus & Veggie Pinwheels: We practiced our knife skills by chopping fresh carrots and cucumbers to roll into healthy, colorful pinwheel wraps.
Holiday Cupcakes: It wouldn’t be camp without a sweet treat! Everyone decorated their own festive cupcakes to take home.
Alfredo Pasta: For the grand finale, we prepped all the ingredients for a creamy Alfredo Pasta so each chef could provide a take-home dinner for their family!

In between all the cooking, we even found time for some friendly competition with a few rounds of UNO and MATCH MADESS! We are so proud of how hard these kids worked today.

What an incredible start to our Winter Break Cooking Camp! 🎄👩‍🍳

Day 1 was a whirlwind of flour, frosting, and fun. Our young chefs jumped right into the kitchen, learning that being a pro chef also means mastering the "clean-as-you-go" rule! 🧼✨

Today’s Highlights:
Cookie Canvas: We spent the morning decorating gingerbread men with enough icing and M&Ms to satisfy any sweet tooth. 🍪🎨

Kitchen Skills: From washing up at the big sinks to prepping fresh ingredients, everyone showed great teamwork.

The Big Feast: We wrapped up the day by sitting down together at our big granite table to enjoy a delicious, warm meal on our festive "Merry Christmas" plates. 🍽️❤️

Seeing these kids so engaged and proud of their creations is the best part of camp. We can't wait to see what they whip up tomorrow!
