This February marked 15 years of coaching endurance athletes — triathletes, cyclists, runners, and rowers. And even as RJ Discipline Coaching has grown, FR Racing remains active and continues to support athletes who want structured, intelligent endurance programming.

If you’ve trained with me in the past — or you’re looking for coaching now — nothing has changed. FR Racing is still your home for disciplined endurance training.
