Do you want to help the PTA but do you have trouble finding time to volunteer in-person? This remote volunteer opportunity could be for you! 🤗 (Although you are always welcome in person, too!)

We are looking for someone to manage our PTA page. No experience needed and we can show you the ropes, if needed. 💻🤔💭

Our last dinner night out for this school year is at Selma's on Wednesday, May 13 from 5-8pm. Grab some ice cream for dinner...we mean for dessert! 🍦😉 Part of all sales will go to our PTA and school.

If you purchased a plant from our Gertens Fundraiser, you can find a PTA parent in the gazebo this same night to pick up your order.

If you can't make it this night, you can come to our school's Media Center at 5pm on May 14th to pick up your plants. 🪴🌸

Field Day is Friday, May 15 at our Afton-Lakeland soccer fields. 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️ In the case of inclement weather, a rain date is set for Monday, May 18.

The schedule will be as follows:

⭐️ K & 1st Grade, 7:50-9:30 a.m.
⭐️ 2nd & 3rd Grade, 9:40-11:20 a.m.
⭐️ 4th & 5th Grade, 12:20-2 p.m.

If you would still like to be a volunteer you can email Mr. Miller, PE teacher, or return the form that was sent home today in Friday folders. Volunteers will be paired up with their student(s) group and will rotate from station to station with them.

Parents, families, and friends are welcome to attend to cheer on and support our students.
