Proud to support the Kathleen Area Historical Society Heritage Day!

Today is National Vietnam War Veterans Day, and we at Lake Gibson JROTC were so proud to support the City of Lakeland’s celebration yesterday with an excellent color guard performance by Cadets: Bishop, Davila, Gargus, and Jennings. It was an outstanding and emotional ceremony. We are grateful for our veterans and their selfless service.

Congratulations to the Raider Drill Team for finishing in third place for the male mixed color guard today against outstanding competition!

What an exciting day! Today it was announced that Cadet Command Sergeant Major David Delgado enlisted in the Army Reserves as an 88M on Friday, 6 FEB 2026. He received $45,000 toward college tuition, qualified for up to $50,000 college loan repayment plan, and more! Congratulations Delgado!

We apologize for such a late post, but congratulations to all the Kaiser graduates and a congratulations to our amazing colorguard that performed that morning.

So proud to say our Drill Team finished second at the East River Drill Competition in two of our three events. The Unarmed Squad was led by Cadet Clecidor and the Armed Squad was led by Cadet Cabrera. Congratulations Braves!

So proud to support the Keiser University Winter State-wide Commencement Ceremony. Congratulations to all of the graduates and great job Braves Battalion!

Today we successfully executed our first battalion drill competition this year. Where all 5 of our companies competed in 3 different events a color guard, an armed squad, and an unarmed platoon. Everyone did so great and we are all proud of them.
