⚠️LONG POST⚠️
Scrolling through my IG feed today and I read this.....

I thought I would share. I highlighted some of my favorite points on the pic. She couldn’t have said it any better.

Here are some of my thoughts on my own little journey. 😁👇🏽👇🏽👇🏽👇🏽

▫️My gym routine and nutrition didn’t come easy I had to and still have to WORK at it. But now I enjoy doing it. Even counting my macronutrients, weighing my food, and putting it into “my fitness pal” I literally enjoy it. It’s second nature to me at this point.

▫️Was it hard and confusing at first, and a little time consuming.... heck yeah but it had to be done and I had to make it a habit. I wanted to make the changes to my health and realized sacrifices had to be made. My poor poor trainer.... you think this girl liked to squat or do any type of leg work.... ha! Nope sure didn’t! Complained every single workout! Go ahead.... ask him.... —> Dalton Morgan 😂 Now I train legs 2-3x a week. I love it I look forward to pushing myself..... how heavy, how many reps, how fast can I go, can I beat my last time. It makes me happy. ☺️ (now that one you can ask the hubs moody Judy when I miss the gym😳😄)

▫️There are so many times when I have said to a client do this or that or change this etc and I have got responses like “it takes too much time”, “it’s too hard”, or “I don’t like that”. Well guess what.... it takes some sacrifice to reach your goals. What are you willing to give up or learn to do to reach your goals!!?!???

▫️I 100% am so proud of the guys and gals at the gym everyday working their butts off, training hard, sweating, lifting heavy, doing the cardio boards, pushing themselves to be better, and meal prepping. Making those sacrifices to reach their goals!!! Keep killing it ladies and gents. You know who you are💖🥇🏆 Total Body Conditioning Lakeland Southside Barbell

• 70 LB Kettlebell Swings •
I love incorporating KB Swings into any workout because it gets my heart pumpin🔥💗 But specifically heavy ones when I train back, chest, and glutes. Because..... well.... they work! This little exercise works the muscles in the hips, glutes, hamstrings, lats, abs, shoulders, pecs and grip strength. What more could you ask for!😜💪🏽😍 Below is the workout and I did yesterday! ‼️Remember don’t start out super heavy work your way up.... I’ve been training for well over 4 years now. Gains take time, don’t rush them and be safe. 😉

Back and Chest
▫️40 min of spin bike (normally only 20-30 min but we were feeling it yesterday😰😜💪🏽)
▫️Incline DB chest press 4x12 ss Two plate hex press 4x12-15 ▫️Heavy KB swings 4x8-10 ss Single arm KB bent over row 4x12 ▫️Single arm cable fly 4x12 ss Rope face pulls back focus 4x12-15

••• “Do those even count” ••• I’m gonna go ahead and say in my book they do😜 Hey! For the first time doing these.... I’m ok with those. Goals to have better form, do more reps each arm, and maybe one day a handstand push-up🤭😧😄🙌🏽 First attempt was a decent 3 and second attempt was a sloppy 4 😂 don’t care though, it was fun!!! 🤷🏽‍♀️💪🏽🤙🏽🤸🏽‍♀️🎉 Thanks .martin09 for capturing these!! You da best💙

••• This Florida weather though ••• Did some at home training with mom today. The weather has been too nice to not take advantage of. This is what Barbell Fit Florida is all about.... loving the life you live! Ain’t she cute☺️💗 Get outside guys!!! 🌴☀️🤙🏽

Yesterday and today I took my cardio outside.... I forgot how good running makes me feel and all the tiny muscles it works..... Plus the weather has been amazing!!! 🌴☀️🤙🏽🏃🏽‍♀️

••• Thanks for the coupons ••• I’ll be visiting a different publix this week to try and find other flavors🏃🏽‍♀️😁... I’ve only tried these two flavors but their awesome and someone I trust very well... my sister😆😉 said the coconut flavor is good too!!!!!! 😋🍦🍨🍫🥥

••• Back Gains ••• unfortunately its different lighting and grip..... but I still think I got some back gains 😉💪🏽🖤 Some advice for my ladies out there: DO NOT neglect your back...... Sometimes we forget about it because it’s something we don’t see every time we look in the mirror but it’s just as important as the front, and helps us have good posture👯‍♀️🤗 also I hate FB video quality 🙄😑

••• Goblet Squat Pyramid ••• A good one for those quads🔥 5 sets total 12, 10, 8, 12, 10 you can add a sixth if you want for 8 reps 😜 I love these! (🖤insert Kettlebell emoji)
