Scrolling through my IG feed today and I read this.....
I thought I would share. I highlighted some of my favorite points on the pic. She couldn’t have said it any better.
Here are some of my thoughts on my own little journey. 😁👇🏽👇🏽👇🏽👇🏽
▫️My gym routine and nutrition didn’t come easy I had to and still have to WORK at it. But now I enjoy doing it. Even counting my macronutrients, weighing my food, and putting it into “my fitness pal” I literally enjoy it. It’s second nature to me at this point.
▫️Was it hard and confusing at first, and a little time consuming.... heck yeah but it had to be done and I had to make it a habit. I wanted to make the changes to my health and realized sacrifices had to be made. My poor poor trainer.... you think this girl liked to squat or do any type of leg work.... ha! Nope sure didn’t! Complained every single workout! Go ahead.... ask him.... —> Dalton Morgan 😂 Now I train legs 2-3x a week. I love it I look forward to pushing myself..... how heavy, how many reps, how fast can I go, can I beat my last time. It makes me happy. ☺️ (now that one you can ask the hubs moody Judy when I miss the gym😳😄)
▫️There are so many times when I have said to a client do this or that or change this etc and I have got responses like “it takes too much time”, “it’s too hard”, or “I don’t like that”. Well guess what.... it takes some sacrifice to reach your goals. What are you willing to give up or learn to do to reach your goals!!?!???
▫️I 100% am so proud of the guys and gals at the gym everyday working their butts off, training hard, sweating, lifting heavy, doing the cardio boards, pushing themselves to be better, and meal prepping.
