🎬✨ Dixieland rolled out the gold carpet as we celebrated our amazing 5th grade Eagles being promoted to 6th grade! ✨🎬

Beginning Tuesday, May 26, no backpacks will be allowed at all PCPS school sites for the remainder of the current school year.

This applies to all PCPS school sites beginning Tuesday, May 26, through Thursday, May 28 — the last day of school.

Students may carry bags no larger than a small purse. Lunchboxes will still be permitted.

This is simply a precautionary measure. It is not uncommon for schools to implement such a security change during the final days of the school year, when it is no longer necessary for students to carry backpacks or large purses.

If you feel that your child needs accommodations regarding this change, please contact your school’s administration.

Today our students lit up the school at our PBIS Glow Party! From neon lights and glowing smiles to dancing, face paint, and nonstop fun, our Eagles celebrated the positive choices, hard work, and respect they show every single day. 🌟🦅
