This is our last Polk County Bully Project doggy daycare day, and we had the sweetest duo. Everyone, meet this bonded pair, Bruno and Jules. Bruno is a sweet goofball who just wants to jump up and give you hugs. He truly brings the shy Ms. Jules out of her shell.

These two played around non-stop in the play yard, and they both got a bath in our doggy spa. They were perfect angels in the tub. 🛁

Today, Mrs. Tackett's Vet 2-4 students went on a Wild Career tour at Busch Gardens, unlocking opportunities and insights that will shape their future in veterinary medicine. The students gained exclusive access to the nutrition room, where they discovered the intricacies of meal preparation for the diverse animal collection, and explored the state-of-the-art surgical suite and treatment rooms alongside Dr. Allison. Through hands-on case studies, including an in-depth examination of a giraffe's case in small groups, students applied theoretical knowledge in real-world settings. The tour also featured encounters with Asian elephants, African Penguins, and an aldabra giant tortoise, one of the largest tortoises in the world, inspiring a new generation of veterinarians and veterinary technicians. Last night, our seniors represented our chapter at the FFA Federation banquet! Congratulations again to our State degree recipients!
