Your biggest hurdle in life …….

Is reading this post.

How often do you negotiate with yourself?

Tell yourself things like
“Iv been good all week, I can eat extra today”

“ I’ll run extra tomorrow and just skip today”

These were things I consistently told myself. In my head it was justified , I had done a math equation that worked out for my benefit.
But really it was just
Negotiations that go on inside your head are usually driven with complacency, and when complacency is around consistency usually isn’t.

Need a push to your goals, just reach out.

The grindset is out …….

Time to trade your “ I’ll sleep when I’m dead” mantra, to actually getting some shut eye.

Sleep is a 100% non negotiable aspect of my life these days. The only thing I wish I could have changed , was doing it sooner.

Picture this … your completely worn out but there is still much to do , so you push that bedtime. After your in bed your staring at a bright blue screen for a quick hour. Once you realize how long you’ve been watching , you put it down and try to get some rest.
A now stimulated mind wonders about until you fall asleep finally for a few short hours before that abrasive alarm let’s you know it time to put some miles in .

Does any of that sound like repair and relax?
