IES Residential opened our first Education Center in 2017. It was a place where we could train our employees in Electrical work with mock housing roughs and practical in class and hands on experience. Fast forward to 2022, we were able to open a second training center in Lakeland, FL. Our growth has been exponential that we've now expanded to teaching Plumbing and HVAC!

It may be overdue, but we were finally able to official celebrate our Florida Education Center opening with the Chambers of Commerce! Congratulations to us and here's to continuing to Make Your Homes Come to Life.

Happy 50th Year Anniversary to us!!!

On this day 5 decades ago, is where we got our start as Houston-Stafford Electric Inc. We've come a long way from our humble beginnings to now branching out into Plumbing, HVAC, Solar, and Cable services. No one 50 years ago could've imagined that our small shop in Stafford, Texas would now grow nationwide into a billion-dollar company!

Our history has led us to remarkable, responsible growth for our customers, employees, investors, stakeholders and all who touch – and are touched by – the indispensable things we create. Thanking you all for allowing us to "Make Homes Come to Life" for all of these years.
