Dear Padgett Families,
We are happy to introduce our Assistant Principal, Blake Kempson…
I am excited for the opportunity to serve the students, families, and staff of Padgett Elementary and contribute to its continued success. I am have experience teaching at both the elementary and middle school levels, which has provided me with a strong understanding of students' academic and social-emotional needs across grade levels. During my time in middle school, I served as a Behavior Interventionist and Dean, where I focused on supporting student success, building positive school culture, and strengthening relationships with families and staff. These experiences prepared me for the role as a middle school administrator, where I continued to lead with a student-centered approach. I am passionate about creating positive learning environments where all students and staff can thrive.

Ingrid Vann is going to be missed at Padgett Elementary! Although she is becoming an explorer, she will always be part of the Padgett Family. She is a true servant leader and we are thankful that she has touched the lives of students, staff, and families here. She has taught us to be a listener, be patient, and remember the importance of building relationships. Her positivity, smile, and educational expertise will continue to light the path of those who are blessed to know her. Thank you Mrs. Vann!
