October is National Principals Month, and we couldn’t let it pass without celebrating two people who make KPMS such a special place to be!
Luke Grunberg and Kim Kinney are so much more than administrators. They are leaders who show up every day with compassion, energy, humor, and an unwavering commitment to our students and staff. They lead with purpose, listen with intention, and work every day to make KPMS a place where every student and every staff member feels valued, supported, and empowered to succeed.
They celebrate our wins, navigate the hard stuff, support our teachers, advocate for our students, and somehow keep everything moving forward, even on the really crazy days!
Most importantly, they believe in our students. They believe in our staff. They believe in the power of relationships, and they believe that every child deserves the opportunity to grow, thrive, and discover what they are capable of.
Luke and Kim, thank you for the countless hours, the difficult conversations, the celebrations, the encouragement, the laughter, and all of the things you do behind the scenes that most people never see. KPMS is better because of you.
