The words we choose, do matter. Being in nature is natural. It has its risks but they are far outweighed by the joys, the still moments, the discoveries, the connection , the feeling of being 'held' and being loved - things that truly shape us, nurture us ...grow us! I love this framing, this wisdom...it's simple...and invites knowing safety. It might take a bit of practice to swap these words over but I belive it's truly worth it.

childrenandnature.org The UK-based organization Wildlife Trusts is calling for every child in the UK to spend one hour outside in nature, every day, as part of the school curriculum. Their recommendation is based on a recent study commissioned by the organization in which researchers at the Institute of Education at UCL
