In their preseason jamboree, Lake football coach Tate Hanna gave Jeremiah Mayers a few carries but spread out the ball. But after the jamboree, Hanna went and told Mayers to not even think about coming out of the game once the regular season started and expect to get 20 to 25 carries against Forest.
