Our main goal for our clients & athletes is to develop proper technique & scalability for workouts. In other words, our goal is to teach people how to move, properly. Throughout life we are taught virtually everything, besides proper movement. For us, technique trumps all; more weight & higher speed is what follows. We program for both ends of the spectrum, from learning the basics of movement and staying in shape to those who want to excel in elite athletic performance (competitive athletes).

🐺 WELCOME ASHLEY CARLSON TO THE LYKOS COACHING TEAM! 🐺

Ashley is no stranger to Lykos! She’s been an important part of our community for the past year, and we’re so excited to officially welcome her to the coaching team.

Our athletes already know and love Ashley — whether they’re requesting 1:1 training sessions, looking for help with a specific skill, or teaming up with her for local competitions. She brings the perfect combination of knowledge, experience, and genuine care for the athletes around her.

Ashley holds her CF-L2 and has an incredible depth of knowledge in Olympic lifting, strength, and gymnastics. She’s always looking for ways to help athletes improve, get stronger, and accomplish things they didn’t think were possible.

We’re excited to have her officially coaching alongside us and can’t wait to see the impact she’ll continue to make at Lykos!

⛳️🐺 LYKOS GOLF OUTING 2026! 🐺⛳️

We traded in the barbells for golf clubs on Saturday. We brought the Lykos Fam together for a day of golf, competition, laughs, and of course… a little friendly trash talk.
