Hello everyone! I am finally getting myself together with this whole teletherapy thing and am thinking of offering free support groups in my "off" hours from the treatment center. Support groups would be open to anyone and not necessarily therapy. If you are interested, what day in the week works best? Weekday groups need to be after 6 PM. Weekend groups are more flexible with time. Respond to this post or DM me with your preference. Thanks!
