This January has been a lot—personally and collectively.
My dad has been in the hospital and rehab (he’s now out of the woods), the world feels anything but steady, and I’ve been leaning hard on creativity as a way to stay human through it all.
I just sent out a newsletter sharing a bit of what’s been happening in my life and the studio, honoring a beloved student we lost this month, and announcing a few new expressive arts offerings that feel especially needed right now.

A gentle creative ritual for the days between years ✨
At Juicy Creatives Studio, we believe creativity can be a form of listening. As the year turns, we’re sharing a simple, interspiritual practice you can do at home — a way to release what’s complete and tune in to what wants to emerge.
The ritual includes writing 13 wishes, releasing one each night, and gathering insight through cards, quiet walks, or moments of synchronicity.
