CHEC meets in east Lake Worth on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays 9-3. Meeting on a beautiful campus with basketball, grass field and gaga ball.
Students in grades K-12th take up to 13 classes each year depending on their age and which program they choose.

This may have looked like an axe throwing activity, but the deeper purpose was brotherhood — something CHEC deeply values.

This is what friendship looks like in real life.

But the sweetest part is not even the plant or the betta fish.
It is seeing two girls show up for each other, speak kindly about each other, and care in the simple little ways that matter.

Summer has officially started, but we already know a few class clowns are going to be missed. 😄
The students said it best — the “class clowns” make class fun.
Learning does not always have to mean sitting quietly and reading. Sometimes it looks like laughter, conversation, personality, and the kind of classmates who make the day brighter.

A lot of parents are not searching for “more school options.” They’re searching for relief.
Relief from wondering if their child is truly being seen, known, and supported.
The real question is deeper than academics.
“Is there a place where my child can grow, learn, and still have a childhood?”
That is why CHEC exists.
A place with structure, purpose, community, and room for children to become who God created them to be.

The right education should help a child grow in ways that last beyond the classroom.
Not just getting through assignments, but learning how to show up with confidence, wisdom, patience, and character.
Because every child is more than what they complete in a school day. They are someone being shaped for the life ahead of them.
Learning about the armor of God becomes something children can hold, make, and remember.
The belt of truth.
The shield of faith.
The sword of the Spirit.
“Put on the full armor of God…” Ephesians 6:11
At CHEC, truth is not treated like an extra piece of the day. It is part of how children learn, grow, and understand the world around them.
Little moments like this say a lot.
At CHEC, teachers are always paying attention — not just to what a child needs in the moment, but to where the whole group is, who is with them, and how to keep everyone safe.
Sometimes care looks like slowing down, staying together, and making sure every child is accounted for.
