* Infant Water Safety with Parents in the pool. We coach you through helping your infant learn to float to the surface, flip over, float, find the wall, and climb out.
* Toddler / Child Swim Safety Lessons. One on One lessons in the pool with your child. We will teach them to “Doggie Paddle”,
Float to rest, flip over and swim to the edge, Swim face dow
n in water and head up to breathe, across the pool, to the steps. Most important, safety rules of not swimming in the pool without an adult !
* Children’s Swim Lessons
If your child has safety swimming skills already and it’s time to make swimming more fun and recreational, we recommend stepping up their skills. Diving and Dive Safety. Swimming under water and collecting items from the bottom. Snorkeling, and proper swim techniques to help them become stronger swimmers.
* Children’s Beach Snorkel Lessons. Planning a summer of beach activities or going on a tropical vacation, and you want to upgrade your child’s swimming skills. We have lessons in the ocean at local snorkeling spots. We teach breathing techniques, proper floating, and spend a great deal of time on water and ocean safety.
* Adult Swim Lessons
There are many reasons that an Adult has not learned to swim. Lack of need, Water Fears, Medical Reasons, etc. We can help. One on One Lessons at your pace. We start with overcoming fears or anxiety, and making friends with the water. Then on to the basics. Don’t miss out on another pool party due to fear. Lessons are molded to fit your needs.
* Adult Water Rehabilitation
Water exercise is a great low impact way to get muscles back into shape. From light movement to a full cardio routine. These can be done in small groups or One on One.
* Pool Party Safety Monitor. Having a pool party and just want someone to be the designated pool monitor? We have all kinds of fun gear, large and small Pool Floats, Bubble Machines, Pool Games that can be used along with a First Aid / CPR Certified Safety Monitor… Enjoy your party with less worry. We can keep the kids entertained and safe while in the pool.
