Good evening PA families!

Just a scholarship and funding update:

If you have not completed the quarterly attestation on Step Up, the school will receive no funding. You must log in, select “no” to your child attending a public school.

There is also another screen that asks for your school choice. Providence Academy is a Florida Private School.

If you select the wrong option, you will need to call Step Up and get them to fix the issue. If you did this correctly, you will log into Step Up and see your child as funded.

Students using Step Up for the first time this year will be invoiced in September. Any returning students should be invoiced this month. As previously stated, no invoices will happen until you do the attestation correctly.

Please take care of this and we appreciate your help in the process. Funding is very important to ensure we can continue to be successful moving forward.

Good afternoon PA families!

We have orientation tomorrow! There are two sessions that you may attend. They are at 9:00-11:00 and 5:00-7:00. Since this is a come and go event, it won't require you to be there for the entire time.

When you arrive, please park in the parking lot or in the open field. Do not part next to the portable buildings (especially unit 3) as there are workers finishing different parts of the building.

You will walk in through the double doors in the lobby and receive guidance from there.

We are so excited to have our students back! If you are buying shirts, please bring cash, check or be prepared to pay online.

Good morning PA families!

Can you believe it is almost time for students to return? We are so excited for it!

If you are interested in helping out with our mulch and playground, we could use your help tomorrow (Friday) and 9:00. Please let us know if you can make it.

If you are interested in helping make copies, put together furniture or organizing for teachers, we would love your help on Monday. Please message directly if you can help us out.

Hi, PA families. We are getting a big delivery of mulch and need help Friday putting it around the playground. If you're available, we would love the help. Bring shovels, rakes, and wheelbarrows if you have them. We will start at 9:00.

Good evening PA families!

Step Up has rolled out a new feature that requires parents to confirm their kids are not enrolled in a public school. Please log in and read it carefully. It should ask if your child is enrolled in a public school. The answer should be no.

Please complete as it must be completed by August 15th.

We have purchased all of the students school supplies for the year and the teachers' necessary things for their classroom. Here are some items that would be extra for our school if you would like to help us out and donate some of these items, that would be greatly appreciated!

PA families,

We are gearing up for your return to school next week!

If you have a child entering kindergarten or 7th grade, they are required to have updated shots. Please do not wait until the last minute. We need this documentation for them to begin school. If you choose to not vaccinate, we need a religious exemption form on file.

Summer is flying by! Orientation is on August 4th and we will have the same two time sessions as before: 9:00-11:00 or 5:00-7:00. This is come-and-go so you do not need to stay the whole time.
