D41 Preschool Screenings for the 2026-2027 School Year continue!

The Board of Education Meeting is on Monday, June 15, 2026, beginning at 7 p.m. in the Johanne H. Osmond Boardroom located at 131 McKinley Avenue in Lake Villa, IL. The meeting can also be live streamed at: https://www.district41.org/page/livestream.

What an incredible year it has been. We wrapped up our elementary journey in the best way possible with a fun class picnic, our annual awards ceremony, and a celebratory parade! 🏆🎈

To our amazing Hooper Heroes: we are so incredibly proud of the leaders, thinkers, and friends you have become. As you officially move on to 6th grade at Palombi School, always remember to carry your Hooper pride with you. You are going to do amazing things! 💙🏫

Thompson’s Student Lighthouse Team would like to thank all Tiger families for helping us collect over 140 pounds of pop tabs for the Ronald McDonald House!

The 3rd-grade picnic was a huge success! ☀️🍉 It was a beautiful afternoon of fun, laughter, and celebrating an amazing year together.

Our 3rd graders were spoiled with awesome swag bags loaded with bubbles, balls, autograph hats, notebooks, pens, sidewalk chalk, and sunglasses! After a delicious picnic lunch, everyone cooled down with some popsicles. 🍧🕶️

Such a perfect way to wrap up our year.

Through expressive reading, teamwork, and creativity, our students brought stories to life and showcased their growing confidence and literacy skills. We are so proud of their hard work and enthusiasm!

Wow, what an incredible day! We couldn't have asked for better weather, and our Hooper Heroes brought 100% of the energy. From the relay races to the laughs, today was all about fun, teamwork, and making memories.

A massive THANK YOU to all of our incredible parent volunteers and staff who worked behind the scenes to make today run smoothly. We truly couldn't do it without our amazing Hooper community! 💙🐾
