🎉 PBIS Pride Ticket Reward!

Our students have been working hard to show what it means to be safe, respectful, and responsible! Students earn Pride Tickets in their classrooms for demonstrating our school-wide expectations. Each classroom adds their tickets to the school-wide Pride Ticket jar in the lunchroom.

When the jar is full, the whole school celebrates! This time, our students enjoyed a walk to the park as their reward. ❤️🖤

Great job, Raiders!

A closer look at our 2nd graders’ butterfly experience! 🦋

Students watched a butterfly emerge from its chrysalis and learned how it pumps fluid into its wings before it’s ready to fly. Dakota also visited the classroom to help tag the butterfly and teach students about butterfly anatomy.

We love seeing our students learn through hands-on experiences! ❤️🖤

Spreading Kindness One Story at a Time!❤️

East Sac County 6th grader Elin Mauer has a pretty special title outside of school - she was crowned Miss Iowa at the National American Miss Pageant this summer!

As part of her platform of spreading kindness, Elin asked if she could visit some of our early elementary classrooms to read a story and share a positive message with our younger Raiders. We love seeing our students use their talents and opportunities to make a difference for others!

Thank you, Elin, for being such a wonderful example of kindness and leadership for our younger students. ❤️🖤👑

Earlier this month, 10 East Sac County high school students attended Stewart Memorial Hospital’s Interactive Career Day!

Students toured the hospital and heard from healthcare professionals across a variety of departments, including the operating room, obstetrics, outpatient infusions, laboratory, radiology, emergency services, rehabilitation, and more. Nearly every department offered hands-on activities, giving students the opportunity to explore different healthcare careers and gain experience in the field.

Thank you to Stewart Memorial Hospital for providing this valuable learning opportunity for our students! ❤️🖤
