📚 Educator Ethics Training at East Sac County

Today, ESC employees who hold state-issued licenses participated in an Educator Ethics Workshop led by Beth Meyers from the Iowa Board of Educational Examiners (BOEE).

We are committed to making sure our staff are properly trained and up to date on current legislation, educator ethics, and requirements associated with maintaining a teaching or coaching license.

A special thank you to Beth Meyers and the BOEE for bringing this valuable training to East Sac County and helping our staff prepare for a successful school year.

We are excited to get the 2026-2027 school year started! ❤️🖤

High Five Fridays! ✋

We’re excited to kick off High Five Fridays in our elementary buildings to build school spirit and get our community involved!

Today we welcomed our new teachers to ESC!

They started the day with in-service at their buildings before enjoying lunch at Spring Lake Golf and Country Club, provided by the East Sac PTO.

During their afternoon meeting, UBI stopped by to welcome our new staff members with gift bags!

A huge thank you to the East Sac PTO and United Bank of Iowa for your generosity and support of our new staff members! We appreciate you!! ❤️🖤

Christmas in August for our band programs!

The ESC Music Boosters purchased several new instruments to replace some of our older instruments that were not working as well as they once did. With these instruments, we will be able to have students playing on horns that work consistently all the time!

When you support our Music Booster fundraisers, you help make purchases like this a reality. Thank you!!

We were able to purchase 2 piccolos, 2 flutes, 2 clarinets, 2 alto saxes, 1 tenor sax, and 2 new bari saxes! We can’t wait to get these horns into the students' hands next week!!
