Give-and-take is key in developing interpersonal bonds, but it can be tough for students, particularly those impacted by trauma. These activities foster this important social skill.

I love this! Studies have found that acts of kindness are linked to increased feelings of wellbeing. Helping others can also improve our support networks and encourage us to be more active. This, in turn, can improve our self-esteem. Share with others! For more on the benefits of kindness to others for our own mental health - check this additional website out.
