I am overwhelmed and so grateful to everyone who came out tonight to vote and supported my candidacy! You showed up!!! 🙌 I will find better words in the next few days, but thank you to my friends, family, FCTA, volunteers, voters, and anyone who helped get me over the finish line. This is our win. No candidate wins a race without the support of those around them. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I promise to listen and be an advocate for all as a school board member. 🚨 Twelve hours until the polls open! 🚨 I wanted to take one last opportunity to share why I’m the right candidate for the school board and why you should vote for me. 🗳 🗳️

✅ Advocating for ALL Students – Every student deserves to learn, grow, and thrive in a nurturing environment. We need to meet them where they are. 🌱

✅ Supporting Teachers – I will ensure educators have resources, independence, and mental health support to do what they do best—TEACH. 🏫 I’m honored to have the Frontier Central Teachers Association’s endorsement and their trust that I can be a strong voice for them as a board member!👩‍🏫👨‍🏫

✅ Keeping Schools Safe – Learning should never be overshadowed by fears of violence. 🛡️

✅ Defending Books & Free Thought – No to book banning and censorship! 📚❌ Students should engage with diverse ideas, history, and perspectives to avoid a myopic view of the world. However, content should be age-appropriate, at their reading level, and vetted and approved by the administration. 🌏

✅ Budget Responsibility – With finance committee experience on school and nonprofit boards, I’ll ensure our tax dollars are spent wisely and equitably to benefit all students and schools in the district. 💰 If federal funding is cut, I’ll fight to protect programs. students, teachers, staff, and taxpayers from the impact.

✅ Student Success & Graduation Rates – Strengthening programs that support each student’s unique path to educational success, so none fall through the cracks and everyone graduates. 🚀

✅ Championing DEI – Diversity, equity, and inclusion make us stronger. I will listen, find common ground, and value respect, love, and understanding. 🌈💞

I've lived in this community for nearly 25 years. My two sons graduated from Frontier, and my husband has taught math for nearly 30 years. I care deeply about this district and will bring a fresh, independent voice while protecting our schools from extreme ideals. It takes a village to raise children and strengthen a community. We may not always agree on the path, but we can agree that students must come first! 🌟

I humbly ask for your vote tomorrow. 🗳️ I promise to listen, work hard, and be a dedicated advocate for students, teachers, staff, parents, and the entire community. Thank you for your support! 🙏
