Congratulations to Max Tuor for breaking three Cavelero school records in track and field! But not just three records, three very different records! Max broke the school record in the 100m (11.31), Long Jump (19-5), and Shot Put (46-10). Max was also on the record setting 4x100 relay, and is 2nd all-time in the 200 (23.50).

Congratulations to our Cavelero Athletes of the Year recipients (8th/9th grade) Wellcia Ngute, Anthony Davis, Nadia Ngute, and Reid Warner!
These 3-sport student-athletes consistently demonstrate outstanding character, sportsmanship, and leadership in everything they do. They lead by example, support their teammates, show respect for opponents and officials, and make positive choices even when no one is watching.
By doing the right thing, they help create a culture of excellence that inspires those around them.

The Cavelero C**ts Boys Track & Field Team are the 2026 NCMSL Champions! The 4x100 team put a stamp on the meet by shattering the old school record!
Congratulations to our athletes and coaches for their hard work, dedication, and commitment throughout the season.
A special congratulations also goes to our Girls Track & Field Team for an impressive 2nd-place finish at the NCMSL Championships. Your effort and team spirit were on full display all season long.

Congratulations to the LSHS 1,600 relay team of FRESHMAN NADIA NGUTE, sophomore Ginelle Sarpong, junior Kaysa Banks and senior Brianna Tilghman who placed second at the State Championships this weekend, in a school record time, 3:56.70!
Coach Nick Page praised Ngute’s efforts in the leadoff, which he considers the most important leg of the race! “For the last three times, Ngute’s leadoff has been absolutely lights out!”
