Hi everyone! I’m looking to hire a qualified and experienced childcare teacher to work at a home daycare.

I’m specifically looking for someone who:

• Has all the required certifications and qualifications to work in a licensed daycare/childcare setting
• Has professional experience working in a daycare or childcare center
• Knows how to plan and lead age-appropriate activities, including arts & crafts, learning activities, games, story time, and other engaging activities for children
• Is responsible, patient, energetic, caring, and genuinely enjoys working with children
• Understands how to manage a group of children in a structured childcare environment

Please note: I am not looking for someone whose experience is mainly babysitting. I’m looking for someone with real professional daycare/childcare experience who understands early childhood development and can actively engage and teach children throughout the day.

My OG daycare crew. ❤️

Looking at these two pictures fills my heart.

The photo on the right was taken when these boys were just little guys spending their days together at my daycare. The photo on the left? They’re now young men about to hit their 20s… and they’re still friends.

This is one of the beautiful things about an in-home childcare. Children don’t just share a classroom, they grow up together. They celebrate birthdays, learn to solve problems, comfort one another, laugh until their bellies hurt, and build friendships that become part of who they are.

Over the last 20+ years, I’ve had the privilege of watching so many children grow from infants into confident, caring adults. Seeing these boys still connected in my backyard after all these years is a reminder that the little moments matter more than we realize.

The toys get put away. The artwork fades. But the friendships, memories, and sense of belonging can last a lifetime.

Thank you, boys, for reminding me why I love what I do. Watching you grow has been one of the greatest blessings of my career. ❤️

These two have been with me since they were tiny babies… and now they’re about to be 5 years old. 💛

Watching them grow from infants into confident, kind, curious little humans has been one of the greatest privileges of my life.

One of the most beautiful parts of in-home childcare is that we’re able to build relationships that go far beyond simply providing care. We celebrate first steps, first words, birthdays, milestones, and eventually kindergarten. Over the years, those little faces become part of our everyday lives, and those relationships grow into something that feels like family.

That’s what makes Bright Future Early Learning so special. It’s more than a daycare it’s a place where children are deeply known, genuinely loved, and given the opportunity to grow in a safe, nurturing environment surrounded by familiar faces every day.

Watching these two grow up together has been such a gift, and I can’t wait to see all the amazing things they’ll do next. ❤️
