I'm the mom of two elementary school children in WSD, and a doctorally-prepared Nurse Practitioner in Lake St. I want them to have a safe and healthy environment in which to do their job, and feel as though they are being supported by the Board of Education. My promise, if elected, I will make decisions based on facts and evidence. This morning I saw the FB post from Missouri’s AG about the settlement agreement. I’m honestly really frustrated reading this because it does not reflect what was actually agreed to.

There was no admission of wrongdoing, and the settlement does not say what’s being claimed here.

What it DID do was cost taxpayers over $50,000.

It’s incredibly disappointing to see this kind of distortion. Our community deserves the truth, not a narrative.
