We equip our districts with resources and build collaboration in order to support schools and teachers, ensuring that all children receive the best possible education.

For three decades, HEC has had the privilege of partnering with educators, leaders, schools, and communities across Florida's Heartland. What began in 1997 has grown into 30 years of collaboration, connections, innovation, professional learning, and a shared commitment to strengthening education in our rural communities.

And we’re just getting started! ✨

Throughout this anniversary year, we’ll be looking back at the people, partnerships, programs, and moments that have shaped HEC — while also celebrating the incredible work happening across our region today.

🌟 Terry Davis, our Office Manager, is the heartbeat of HEC. From coordinating the day-to-day operations to making sure nothing falls through the cracks, Terry’s dedication and organization keep us moving forward smoothly every single day.

🌟 Robert Chaney, part of our amazing support staff, plays a vital role in maintaining our facility and ensuring it’s always in top-notch shape. He’s also the friendly face behind HEC Print Shop deliveries, making sure our partners receive what they need with care and reliability.
