LOSD Facebook Rules of Engagement
This site is to serve the LOSD learning community, and it welcomes your comments and the expression of opinion, and we respect your right to disagree. That said, we are counting on you to follow some basic rules on our account:
No abusive, obscene, vulgar or inappropriate language. This includes remarks that are racist, sexist, homophobic, profane, sexually expl
icit, harassing, hazing, intimidating, bullying, menacing, or violent. All such posts will be immediately deleted. We will delete any post that is derogatory toward any individual, whether a student, staff member or community member. We delete comments that are posted repeatedly, whether they are in the same thread, multiple threads or multiple posts. Our page administrators reserve the right to remove any comment at any time for any reason. Repeat violators will be banned from the account. We check messages frequently and will do our best to respond quickly by forwarding your issue to the appropriate district leader(s). With limited staff, please note that there should be no expectation that we will respond to your comments, questions and private messages outside of normal Lake Oswego School District business hours. Messages are not checked on weekends, holidays or school breaks. The Lake Oswego School District does not sponsor or endorse any content posted on this social media by third party users.
