Reflection creates the clarity leaders need to move forward with purpose, because when we pause to assess our current reality, envision the future we want to create, and identify the next steps needed to bridge the gap, we begin leading with greater intention in both life and work.

In our latest blog post, we explore the power of reflection and why it’s an essential discipline for leaders who want to grow from the inside out.

And if you’re ready to create intentional space to reflect, plan, and connect, we invite you to join us at the Building Champions Experience! Visit our website to learn more.

We’re excited to share an important leadership update at Building Champions. Please join us in congratulating Dan Foster as he steps into the role of President!

Over the past 15 years, Dan has served Building Champions in a variety of roles, from executive coach to leading our coaching services, sales and marketing, and most recently as Chief Operating Officer. Throughout that journey, he’s helped shape the impact we have in the lives of leaders and organizations every day.

As Dan steps into this role, we’re excited for how he’ll continue to partner with our leadership team and expand our impact, helping leaders to grow from the inside out by strengthening their self-leadership, team effectiveness, and organizational impact.

As part of this transition, Daniel Harkavy will move into the role of Executive Chair, where he will focus on stewarding our long-term vision, investing in key relationships, and continuing to serve leaders as a CEO Mentor. He will also dedicate more time to SetPath, our nonprofit partner, and its work to equip the next generation.

We’re grateful for Daniel’s continued leadership, excited for Dan’s partnership with our leadership team, and energized for what’s ahead!
