Looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and experienced Lead Infant Toddler Teacher to join our team. Our school offers a mixed age group setting for children ages infant to 6 years. We are a play based program with a combination of child initiated explorations and teacher led explorations and activities.

Qualified applicants** Bachleors in ECE or related field. Or A minimum of one year experience working as Lead in a preschool or childcare setting. Some of the responsibilities associated with the position are:

~Planning and implementing a developmentally appropriate emergent lesson plan that meets the social, physical, emotional and cognitive needs of the children enrolled.
~Providing parents with information about lesson plans and activities happening in the classroom.
~Working well as part of a team with fellow teachers.
~Using positive guidance with the children and assisting them in resolving conflicts when they arise.
~Maintaining a clean and safe learning environment for the children.

We are seeking a Lead Preschool Teacher to join our Playcare! You will plan and present age appropriate activities for children, building a curriculum with a fun and enthusiastic staff! We are a small center built on lots of love and hard work! Looking for a passionate and loving teacher who is punctual and dependable.

Responsibilities:

Instruct preschool-aged children in activities designed to promote intellectual and creative growth
Create a fun and safe learning environment
Develop schedules and routines to ensure adequate physical activity, rest, and playtime
Establish and maintain positive relationships with students and parents
Communicate with parents on students' growth and progress
Maintain the health and safety of all students
Qualifications:

Previous experience in childcare, teaching, or other related fields
Passionate about working with children
MUST be registered in the ORO (Oregon Registry Online)
Ability to build rapport with children
Healthy and open Communication with parents and staff
Positive and patient demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
This is a salary position starting at 2500 a month
Willing and able to work with potty training children
Willing to complete further training through professional development
Able to lift 40 lbs
