This new chapter means we’re now offering an extra 2 hours of Extended Care and enrolling children as young as 2 years old.

*We are also looking for new teachers and substitutes.

🩵 Now Hiring: Experienced Toddler Teacher 🩵
Location: South Shore Preschool -Lake Oswego, OR
Position Type: Part-Time 4-5 hours/day. Up to 5 days/week. Extra hours may be available if wanted .
Pay: $20.00 – $26.00/hour (DOE)
We are seeking a compassionate, energetic, and dedicated Toddler Teacher to join our early childhood education team! If you love working with little ones and thrive in a collaborative, child-centered environment, we want to hear from you!
Qualifications (Required):
ORO Step 6 or higher
Associate's degree in Child Development, Family Studies, or related field
– OR –
Child Development Associate (CDA) credential
Minimum 1 year experience working in a toddler classroom
Preferred:
Active status in the Central Background Registry (CBR)
What You’ll Do:
Create and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities
Foster a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for toddlers
Support children’s developmental milestones through play, exploration, and intentional teaching
Communicate effectively with families and team members
Maintain licensing standards and center policies

We know these do usually get spilled… or let’s be honest… immediately poured out by the little ones.
These are also great for developing kids hand eye coordination.
