Ready or not, here it comes! 🎉

Orientation is tomorrow! || August 24 || 7 PM ||

We look forward to seeing at least one parent from each family at this important meeting.

Any students that would like to meet their teachers and classmates are welcome to attend with their parents. Families are also welcome to bring school supplies and set up lockers/desks after the Orientation Meeting.

PE shirts will be available for purchase. Cash, check, and card will all be accepted.

*First day of school is Wednesday, August 26! 🍎

This coming school year, Mrs. Christy Cashner will be our 3rd-4th grade teacher! 🎉

She and her husband Jon have been faithfully serving at Lyons Baptist Church in Lyons, MI, since 2012. They have four married children and five wonderful grandchildren.
After graduating from Maranatha Baptist Bible College with a degree in elementary education, she later went on to homeschool their children.
Three years ago, Mrs. Cashner joined the FCS staff and taught sixth grade that school year. We are so excited to have her back for 3rd-4th grade this year. She has a strong passion for teaching children and a desire to see them follow Jesus.

Miss Jordon was born and raised in Horton, Michigan. As a fresh graduate from Pensacola Christian College, she is excited to be back in her home state and begin serving at Faith Christian School. She is passionate about investing in the next generation and can’t wait to see how God will lead her classroom this year.

"I grew up in a large family from Michigan where most of us graduated from a Christian school. I graduated from Grace Baptist College in Ga***rd with a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. I returned to the school where I grew up and taught there for six years before getting married to my wonderful husband James. We have two children, Kate and Quin. Kate began coming to Faith Christian School last year, and Quin will be starting his education at FCS this year.
