A full week of learning all about Pirates at Joyful Hearts Learning Center! We made treasure maps, balanced on planks, made Pirate hooks, read quite a few Pirate stories, pretended to be Pirates and even our little ones dressed as Pirates and enjoyed some Pirate sensory bags. 🏴‍☠️Some of our older infants enjoyed playing in some water!💦 our infants are growing so fast and doing so many new things each week!!!

We enjoyed quite a bit of time outside as well! When it was hot and sticky, the kiddos enjoyed our indoor large muscle room! 🛝🏀

It’s so hard to believe that this is our last full week of summer programming! It will be the end of the summer lesson planning along with some special treats like ice cream and pizza and then for our younger kiddos, we will be doing everything Disney!

Looking forward to our end of the summer picnic on Tuesday evening! ☀️🧺

What a fun week last week at Joyful Hearts! We were all Superheroes! All of the kiddos enjoyed our “dress up as your favorite Superhero” days, bringing their favorite Superheroes for show and tell, making city scapes, making Spider Man handprints, Captain America masks, matching games and so much more! Even our infants enjoyed Superhero sensory bags and dressing like Superhero’s! 🦸‍♀️🦹‍♂️🕸️

The older kiddos and our older infants enjoyed a trip to a nearby park Thursday! They sure enjoyed that!🛝☀️

This week we will be learning everything about Pirates! 🏴‍☠️

We hope you have a lovely week! So sad to say we will wrapping up the summer the week of August 17th! Time flew this summer!

Last week at Joyful Hearts Learning Center we spent time at the Zoo! We had zoo stuffy races, read stories about animals in the zoo, painted zoo animals, did some zoo animal matching and found out about their habitats, worked on some zoo puzzles and so much more!

We enjoyed a water day and so much play time outside!

This week we are all going to be superheroes!

Happy weekend all! It’s so hard to believe we are in the last week of July already!

This last week at Joyful Hearts Learning Center we spent time in the jungle. We read jungle stories, painted snakes, lions, parrots and even painted with leaves! This next week we will spend time at the Zoo!

Last weeks weather was so beautiful! It was so nice to spend a lot more time outside with all of the kiddos!

We continue to have open enrollment for all ages! Please contact Heidi at 920-648-8253!

We are also looking for qualified Lead Teachers! We have two full-time positions available. One position is a Floating Teacher which would include working with all ages groups and the second position is a 2 1/2 -3 year old Teacher. Wages TBD based on experience and education. Joyful Hearts Learning Center is hiring! Are you interested in a welcoming, loving and nurturing, small child care center? This is the place for you! We are currently looking for two qualified Lead Teachers. We have an immediate Floating Teacher position open working with Infants through age Five. The second position available will be mid August, working with ages 2 1/2-almost 3 year olds) through age 4. Wages TBD. This position will be full-time.

Planning ahead, I will need a second Toddler Teacher mid October!

Happy weekend to All! This last week at Joyful Hearts most of us spent time in the ocean, our older infants learned about everything that goes and our younger infants learned about picnics and summer fruits!

We all enjoyed playing in colored sand, played with ocean animals in the sensory table, read stories about oceans, playing with ocean animals in shaving cream, we pinched like crabs, moved like ocean animals and so much more!!
🌊🌊💦🏝️✈️🚗🍓🍒🚦. We even enjoyed some special birthday treats!

Most of all, we loved the friendships we have all made each day!

This next week we will spend time in the jungle!!
