Tune-ups for people, teams & leaders in the workplace. We refer to this as the "Catalyst" approach.

We provide validated personal assessment tools used to improve self-awareness, communication, and teamwork. These tools are not time-intensive and they provide participants with immediate, personalized feedback and recommendations for communicating more effectively with others and working more collaboratively as a team. Through targeted virtual and on-site training, reinforcement activities, and coaching, we help leaders and individual contributors in organizations apply and reinforce what they learn from the personal assessment tools so that true behavior change can take place over time.

This week Valerie and I had a great experience talking to Mr. Danny J Cleavenger's high school business class at Holy Cross Lutheran Academy. The students, grades 9-12, were engaged and inquisitive as we shared what it was like to start a boutique consulting business and maintain it over the past 10 years. It was great to have the Q&A at the end! Thank you, Mr. Cleavenger, and HCLA for having us!

As July draws to a close, one of the special highlights for Valerie and me was working with the wonderful leaders of Directions for Living at their Base Camp Leadership Summit! This focused group of professionals is dedicated to continuous improvement and serving their community. Valerie and I were energized by their mission, and by their passion for building on the behaviors that lead to truly cohesive teams!

We’ve been working with a new client in the world of optometry for the past month or so. Excited to help the team and their leaders focus in a different way, and see things a little bit more clearly, regarding people’s different communication and working styles! 👓

It’s been too long since we’ve posted here… Happy St. Paddy’s Day! We’re not Irish but we’ll give a shout-out to our “green” colleagues - the ones of the Dominant, or D-style, on the DiSC wheel.

We’ve been in planes, trains, and automobiles over the past 3 months (warm AND cold weather) as we’ve helped our D-style and other-style clients fine-tune their interpersonal and team versatility, especially at the senior-leadership level. Sooo, if you’re “green,” own your style like a boss! And also be mindful that EVERY style brings strengths and weaknesses to the table.

We're grateful for working with some wonderful teams in the month of November! This week we traveled to Brevard County and collaborated with the hardworking owner, team leads, and employees of Happy Pool and Spa. In addition to being laser-focused on his customer base, the company's founder is committed to developing his employees' interpersonal versatility and team effectiveness. Way to go, Ryan!

We love it when our clients "get it!" They know that interpersonal versatility and better teamwork starts at the very top, with senior executives. In the hot month of August, we began this process in an organization that is truly committed to developing ALL of their teams/departments, with our involvement, over the next few months! :)

It has been a productive and fulfilling week! Valerie and I had a chance to bring the concepts of interpersonal versatility and vulnerability-based trust to three different departments’ Chiefs and leader-managers!
