We're grateful for working with some wonderful teams in the month of November! This week we traveled to Brevard County and collaborated with the hardworking owner, team leads, and employees of Happy Pool and Spa. In addition to being laser-focused on his customer base, the company's founder is committed to developing his employees' interpersonal versatility and team effectiveness. Way to go, Ryan!

Looking for a great venue for meetings, teambuilding, and family events/celebrations? We are! This afternoon Valerie and I attended an Open House at the Westin Lake Mary, Orlando North. Thank you, Ingrid and Dawn! Looking forward to the possibilities. 😊

We love it when our clients "get it!" They know that interpersonal versatility and better teamwork starts at the very top, with senior executives. In the hot month of August, we began this process in an organization that is truly committed to developing ALL of their teams/departments, with our involvement, over the next few months! :)

It has been a productive and fulfilling week! Valerie and I had a chance to bring the concepts of interpersonal versatility and vulnerability-based trust to three different departments’ Chiefs and leader-managers!
