On our last day of camp we traveled to Acadia National Park. It is a beautiful part of the country. We learned about bats, lighthouses, campfires and more! Next week during camp we will travel to four different national parks for more learning fun.

Our travels took us to Yellowstone National Park yesterday. Geysers, eagles, bison and a beautiful sunset to end the day. It has been a fun week!

Today we traveled to Haleakala National Park in Hawaii. The campers had so much fun. We painted flower shirts, explored volcanos, made lei necklaces and learned about the nēnē (Branta sandvicensis), or Hawaiian goose, which is Hawaii's state bird and one of the world's rarest geese. Looking forward to tomorrow's adventures.

We had so much fun today as we traveled to Dry Tortugas National Park. Here are a few photos of one of the classrooms activities.
