Lughnasadh blessings witches! We’ve entered the portal of the shift from summer to autumn, with the modern celebration of Lughnasadh (Lammas) today, 8/1 and Solar Lughnasadh on the 6th! 🌞

This seasonal shift brings us the reminder to be grateful in the present moment. That we don’t always have to be striving and doing. That it is equally important to rest, reflect, and rejoice, and recharge!

Some of my favorite ways to honor this time of year are in the simple acts. Baking a loaf of bread, gathering with my favorite people, reflecting in gratitude on the past year, or foraging for summer berries and sunflowers. 🍞🍓🫐🌻🙏

That’s the beauty of this season- the profoundness of simplicity. The permission slip to let go of pushing so hard all the time. It’s too damn hot this time of year anyway…
