BCS was incorporated in 1980 by local families who had been praying for a Christian school. 92 students, in kindergarten through 6th grade, and a faculty of 12, began meeting in classrooms at First Baptist Church in Lake Jackson on August 19, 1980. We're thrilled to announce the upcoming Sound of Heaven: One Spirit, One Song night of worship. Where music, faith, and community come together in celebration. This event will showcase the incredible talents of our BCS students, a beloved local artist, and a known Christian artist!
As we share this news with our wider community, we invite everyone to join us in this special celebration. Whether you're a part of our BCS family or a friend from the broader community, this event is a testament to what we can achieve together in harmony and spirit.

‼️In step with other local campuses, we will be cancelling classes tomorrow, Jan.16, due to the current and projected weather conditions. Classes are scheduled to resume on Wednesday, Jan. 17 at normal time. Please be safe and stay warm. ‼️
We want to give a big THANKS to Lake Jackson PD for helping us with school security trainings tomorrow. Please be advised that we will be doing live simulations in the morning hours. If you live in vicinity of the school or know someone that does, please be aware that drills will be taking place.
Happy New Year BCS Family! We are looking forward to getting everyone back with us on campus this week. As a reminder classes resume for all students beginning, Thursday, Jan. 4th. We hope everyone has rested up and is ready for the Spring Semester!
