Kern Valley FFA will be at the Kern County Fair auction selling swine, turkeys, and sheep. If you’d like to sponsor one of these hard working showmen the add on site will be live until Sunday, October 4th at 10am. Their lot numbers are pictured below to find them on the website. Kern Valley FFA is excited to share student projects that were made by students and entered in the Kern County Fair Junior Exhibits. These projects are on display in Goode Auditorium at the Kern County Fair Grounds this week. This year Kern Valley FFA had 60 projects entered. Each day this week we will be sharing placings and projects by category. 💙💛💙

Monday- Photography 📸
Tuesday- Horticulture & Floral Projects🌻
Wednesday- Baked Goods 🍪
Thursday- Crafts & Mechanics🧵

Kern Valley FFA won a PEAAK Award for “Best Public Event” for our annual Haunted Barn! We were nominated alongside 15 other prestigious events hosted by schools across the Kern High School District. This award is a testament to the hard work and dedication that has gone into hosting this event over the past five years.

Thank you to EVERYONE who helped make this event possible!

Thank you to our community for showing up year after year to support the Haunted Barn.

Thank you to Brian Bennett and “Aunt Pam” for helping us get this event started with their haunted house donations. We appreciate the time, creativity, and support you both have poured into making this event so special. The tips and tricks you shared truly made the event spooktacular!

Thank you to the Kern High School District Police Department for consistently showing up and helping keep this event safe.

Thank you to our KV Robotics class for creating incredible 3D-printed decorations.

Thank you to our alumni, parents, and boosters for running concessions and helping man the doors.

Thank you to our administration for supporting our vision and rarely ever saying no.

Thank you to our advisors for supervising, keeping us safe, and keeping us organized. Your hard work did not go unnoticed.

And finally, thank you to our Kern Valley FFA students who built walls, created decorations, decorated rooms, acted, ran games, and did so much more. Without each and every one of you, this event would not have been possible.
