The 8th constitution says if you are arrested on purported accusations, you have a right to bond out of Jail. It's unconstitutional for a judge to set excessive bail, but while I drive a $500 car and rent a bedroom working in a factory. My bond was set at $45,000, for perspective I've drove the same $500 car to my factory job for over 20 years. But to come up with the money to bond out of jail after multiple constitutional violations, would be the same as if for 90 years I buy that same car over and over and over every year for almost 100 years. 90 times over I buy a car that I currently only need one every 20 years, I would have to live over 2,000 years to get the use of all that worth of car. But I paid it because I believed in the system and knew I would get back in a constitutional lawsuit this unreasonable bond I needed for proper representation, in my defense of these far fetched and absurd clearly false accusations. I was in bed when the police let themselves into my bedroom, they violated my 4th, 9th, 5th, and now the 8th constitutional protection from excessive bond.

The news reporters showed up and the little camo pants just got into a frenzy, all of a sudden the little blue glass jars turned into mason jars from the kitchen Stuffed beside the bed too. Claimed to be stuff so dangerous they need robots to take the empty jar out of the room they just put it in, with their hands they stashed an empty jar from the kitchen for the robot to remove out my room. Their bowie knife cut open my box spring on the floor to look for a bomb under a bed via anonymous tip, they blatantly falsified claims, staged fabricated pictures to fit a narrative for evidence against me. The best they had was a first aid kit hydrogen peroxide sq**rt bottle, from a half ounce .003% peroxide being accused of making industrial quantities of laboratory grade TATP.

Once they had started searching the garage they found some stump remover, and acclaimed this to be the bomb under my bed that could level the city block.They came to me while I was cuffed in the patrol car with Coercion, they tried to get me to sign and date a consent to search form. All the same time they are asking me to confess on record to what the Lake Helen cop said she said I said he said I said in his report I said, I just waited to go before a judge. They tore my room apart, they dumped a bin of fragile electronics out and picked out something scary looking to build an imaginary device..... But really think about their claim, an 'on and off' switch to detonate a bomb. Like it blows up when you turn it on, no delay just a one time experience. It's scary to think the police can be so blatant in fabricating and falsifying information to the public to make an arrest, I'm not sure what bothers me more the fact the professionals are this dull or that NO ONE in the community or justice system questioned the absurd claim! The bottles that are labeled say stump remover for gardening, not Mother of Satan Bomb. And it's literally the wrong substance to even substitute, as an explosive.

It was so sickening to sit chained up for four hours, while sitting in the back of a patrol car needing to see a Doctor about the excruciating pain of bursitis in my inoperable right shoulder. I just needed rest, thinking who next is getting messaged from this crazy girl claiming I got her pregnant, claiming I messed around with their wives, claiming I was messing around with her neighbor I've never met, claiming I messed around with a 20 yr old from work, claiming I was in a relationship with I different co worker, claiming I verbally threatened her after she found out I accepted her friends friend request. These county cops are showing up hoping to find the Mother of all Bombs after what the first city cop purported, the helicopter is flying over head and dudes in camo pants and Bowie knives are doing dives and rolls into army crawling through the yard around back.
They are charging me for industrial scale manufacturing of an explosive based off, hearsay of a claim made by the arresting officer and a store bought firework missing the label.

Most people are familiar with the fifth amendment for the right to remain silent, but it's to protect you from hearsay. That doesn't just mean what you say can be used against you but also what others say you say, they can't hold you, detain you, and search you and your home to match up anonymous hearsay. Especially when the hearsay is coming from the person violating your 4th ammendment, short story they violated my 5th amendment lieing about my admittance of guilt.
I said I don't consent to you coming into my home, you need to leave. He said that's not how this works, and that in a police report I admitted to guilt of probable cause. I was getting charged because the policeman who trampled my rights and dragged my disabled body from my bed, wrote in a police report that I surrendered my rights and admitted to making (not bombs) but fireworks (when that's all they could find). (O and an angry woman who was mad I accepted her neighbor's Facebook friend request) so of course he said she said I said that he said I said I admitted to him I threatened to blow up her and her family, so I sat there in the back of the patrol car chained and locked up. Without due process, or indictment of Grand jury.

Once the country cop realized they needed something to proceed any further, they were lucky enough to find a bag of store bought fireworks. So now two and a half hours later not even an anonymous tipper is willing to sign their name to harm done, a complaint, or of me committing a crime, but just that I had a bomb under my bed anonymously (And my box spring is on the carpet). BUT after I share with the original cop this anonymous tip is harassing me, my family, friends, from many different numbers, on social media and lives three hours away whom I've only know for a few months and just want her to stop assaulting me. He falsified that I made threats to blow up an ex girlfriend and her family, this girl was not my ex girlfriend and was married to someone else. He pulled a label off a firework to appear I was making bombs, he claimed I gave him consent to batter me out of bed and admitted to making fireworks (from anonymous making bombs tip) and that was probably cause enough for volusia county to charge me with manufacturing explosives. And that all together is enough for a search warrant!?!

The 9th amendment is a backbone, it's there so if a local city cop denies your constitutional protected act of resting in your bed to gain strength to seek medical attention. Then county cops can check that, and the wrong can be corrected. But in this case, when I denied the allegations that I told the local cop anything and don't consent. I was placed in handcuffs in the back of a patrol vehicle, over two hours from the time they illegally pulled me out of bed for an anonymous tip.

The last message Kristina wrote me the night before the police came in that morning was that I was going to get it back for accepting her neighbor's Facebook friend request, and now I'm feeling half dead wanting medical attention but forced from my bed to the backyard being interrogate for what they can use against me. Please understand I'm a single guy renting a room, I store extra TP, bathroom bag supplies, and laundry soap (roach powder) in the one room I rent, literally the photo taken as police evidence against me is Toiletry supplies and you tell me soap as I claimed and still do? Or enough Mother of Satan substance to level a city block? As they claimed, from an anonymous tip of a bomb under a bed... but its bathroom supplies beside a box spring on the floor.

I have worked so hard in life trying to make up for the disadvantage of being conditioned poor, not only am I trapped in a hard physical labor Job at a factory! But I have to work so much over time and sacrifice So much in life to compensate for having one nice thing in life, that I am literally disabled and bed ridden. But my credit score is 811 with all my credit lines paid down to $0, cash in the bank and I skydive almost everyday. I just have to rent a bedroom and drive a $500 car to my Job! My only dream to be in Florida was to Fly, I currently held my private student pilots license. But once I found my skydiving license, I found more fulfillment of this dream I was chasing. Flying the airplane was like driving the boat, it was fun but I wanted to be the wake boarder in the water. So yeah bad diet and working all the day long leading into months of light duty work until winding myself disabled in my bed and now the local police unlawfully let themselves into my bedroom, not only that but physically battering me from my bed to my back yard to look for a pressure cooker filled with nails and BB's under my bed stemming from an anonymous phone tip. It's taken some post traumatic stress recovery but I'm not pleading or asking if my constitutional right of being safe and secure in my home while I lay disabled was violated, I'm notifying and stating to everyone my 4th ammendment was violently taken from me!

To the leagal definition of assault and battery, I was assaulted and battered by the Lake Helen Police Cheif out of my bed and bedroom at around 9:30am to the back yard they came from. While I waited with the Lake Helen Uniform in my back yard the Cheif came out of my bedroom with a blue bottle of Boric acid, it was not in a labeled bottle because it was old and getting cakey so I transferred it to another two smaller ones. It is used in laundry soap as a detergent to make your soap clean your clothes cleaner, but also as a cockroach repellent. New to Florida I learned to have this roach repellent around, it apparently doesn't work with the tyrant kind of Cockroaches! As this Lake Helen PD was baffled by what laundry soap is he called county, and when the country cop showed up he was not let in the front door by me but by the unlawful armed lake Helen PD intruders. And was told I had this explosive powder and lead him out the back door to me to question me as to this being this mother of satan substance, I told him no and that I don't consent to a search and that's when he explained to me that he was just there for the safety of everyone. And that I just needed to tell him this substance is this very dangerous stuff, I explained back to him that "I put this stuff in my room and I know it is not dangerous! I need you all to leave me alone about a bomb, and look into this person attacking me online giving the anonymous tip"
