Learning comes alive when the classroom becomes the world around us.

Today our students extended their lesson on animals and their habitats with an exciting field trip to the zoo. After learning in class about what animals need to survive, students were able to observe those concepts in real life. They discovered how each animal depends on a specific habitat for food, shelter, water, and protection, and why it is important for animals to live in environments designed for their unique needs.

Hands-on experiences like this help our students connect knowledge with the real world while growing in curiosity, respect, and appreciation for Nature.

Kudos to our Spanish I students for the outstanding ex*****on of their cultural lesson, El Mercado. Through creativity, collaboration, and enthusiasm, and the help of their teacher Ms. Nadal, students designed and operated their own Spanish-style marketplace, bringing language and culture to life in an engaging and authentic way.

A special thank you to the members of the National Honor Society for assisting with the activity. Your support helped make this immersive learning opportunity a success.

For Crazy Hat Day during National Reading Week, our students topped off their love of books with creativity and flair. From stripes to sparkles and everything in between, each hat told a story as bold as the readers wearing them.
