At Guiding Light Christian Educational Center (GLCEC) and Guiding Light Christian Partnership (GLCP), we believe today's children are tomorrow's leaders. Our goal is to provide academic excellence and a strong spiritual foundation to help children grow into responsible, confident, and joyful adults. Our students learn the importance of responsibility, time management, problem-solving, decision-mak

ing, and positive social behavior. Through hands-on, developmentally appropriate activities, children explore, discover, and build a lifelong love for learning. Our curriculum is aligned with the Arizona Early Learning Standards and designed to support each child’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. We recognize that every child is a unique gift from God and learns at their own pace. With a balance of child-driven exploration and teacher-supported guidance, we prepare students to enter kindergarten and beyond with confidence, curiosity, and a positive outlook on education. GLCEC is open from 6:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday, year-round. Ages we serve:
- Toddler: 12-24 months
- Preschool: 2-5 years old
- Kindergarten & 1st Grade
- Before & After School
- School Age Summer/School Breaks

Programs we offer are as follows:
- 5 day (Monday-Friday)
- 3 day (Monday, Wednesday & Friday)
- 2 day (Tuesday & Thursday)

Guiding Light Christian Educational Center, LLC is seeking an experienced and compassionate On-Site Preschool Director to join our team!

For over 40 years, Guiding Light has been dedicated to providing exceptional early childhood education and high-quality care in a nurturing Christian environment. We are looking for a strong leader who shares our commitment to children, families, and Christian education.

The ideal candidate will have:
• Prior experience in educational administration
• Knowledge of AZ DHS rules and regulations for Child Care Centers
• DPS Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
• A heart for children, families, and teachers
• A passion for Christian education
