All morning the 4k were on a scavenger hunt to find their missing cookies and for the past at least 8 years I’ve asked them to bring me a cookie when they find them! Today it finally happened - Mrs. Rabe’s class is the best 🍪♥️😍

First day of Cross Country is in the books and we beat the heat - making our own adventures indoors!

Cross country begins today and with the heat please send a water bottle and we will make some accommodations to practice outdoors but we still plan to meet and practice. If you decide you don’t want your child to stay today please just communicate that plan in their communication card folder or with the main office by noon. Just to clarify we’re not running 13.1 miles 👍 but you do need to order any team shirts by September 13th.

If you didn’t get a chance to stop by the table to sign up I have forms in the gym available - they need to be turned in before our first practice on 9/2!

Parents who want to participate in school events, plan to chaperone on field trips, help out with PE/choir activities this year - please add your name to this list and make sure you have a background check on file. We will have one more step to be cleared this year - details will be shared soon but the form is a must to share in all the Cen-Den fun you don’t want to miss out on!

Cross Country sign-up will be happening at the open house on Wednesday night. I will have a table set up outside the gym.
Here is the link to order the team shirt- the online store closes on 9/13, and no late orders will be accepted, as we need them in time for the All-City Meet. Please also make sure you are ordering the youth sizes unless you need the adult size.🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏽‍♂️♥️🐬
